If you live outside of Australia goods may be liable to local import duty. Whether additional import duties or taxes apply will depend upon your country's regulations.

Returns are real easy at urbanzona

If you are not happy with your purchase, just drop us an email indicating what you are returning and why. Return the item to us within 7 days and we will either exchange it or issue a refund for the full price of the item minus shipping costs.

We only request that the returned items are in original and unused condition with all original tags attached and free from defects – we do not accept returns that have been worn or washed.

Do consider sending your returned items to us by registered mail that requires a signature on arrival.

Please Note: We do not offer a refund on Custom Shirts (unless there is a quality issue) as these shirts are produced to suit your own colour specification.
